Mix together ground beef, half of the chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard and spices
Using a large cookie or muffin scoop, scoop meat into your hand and pack nice and firm, until you’ve made balls from all your meat. Transfer to a sheet or plate
Place your meatballs into the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
Once meat is cooked, pre-heat skillet and add 2 Tbsp olive oil. Fry meatballs for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
